Do I need special electrical wiring?
No. All our units run on a standard 220V household socket. Our technician checks your setup during installation to make sure everything runs safely.
Is installation really included?
Yes. Delivery, installation, a full demonstration and pickup at the end of your rental are included in every plan, except where noted.
What happens if the unit breaks down?
Every rental includes maintenance and breakdown cover. Contact our support team and we will repair or replace your unit as fast as possible, at no extra cost.
Can I extend or cancel my rental?
Absolutely. You can extend your rental at any time online or by phone, and cancel with 48 hours notice with no hidden fees.
